I released this on Sunday 31 October 2004 at Clapham North Pub in London - Clapham, England United Kingdom. It was a Halloween special release and in a goodie pack along with The Shining by Stephen King, a Chupa Chup, a packet of smarties and a BookCrossing limited edition label by the sinks in the ladies' bathroom. Found this book on Halloween, 2004 at the Clapham North Pub. Will take it to New York this New Years to release it.
Havent finished reading it yet, but so far so good!
